PlugIn:

       When the Becky! is the Active Windows,then it work at offline mode,when you use other application,bekcy! is not the active windows,then ie work at online mode.

插件功能：

      当在BECKY！浏览EMAIL的时候，切换到脱机离线模式；当使用别的软件的时候，切换到连线模式

目前大部分EMAIL都是HTML格式，可是大部分病毒邮件和垃圾邮件也是HTML格式，当打开这种EMAIL的时候，它们经常会连接到INTERNET下载一些图片，甚至主动打开一些网站，非常令人讨厌，而BECKY!自带的离线浏览模式似乎不起作用。（只对拨号网络DIALUP有效，对ADSL/LAN无效）

most people write html email ,but most Vir-Email and spam-email is a html email also,when open vir-email or spam-email,it connect to the internet and download some PIC from web-hosting,or open some trash,ad web-hosting.so this plugin let becky! work at offline mode,do not connect to the internet  when view html emai.l
